To take advantage of our 30-Day Return Policy, simply inform us before 8:00 p.m. EST on the 30th day. You are allowed up to two exchanges during this period, allowing you to explore different options and find the perfect fit. Please note that while you can exchange two vehicles, the third vehicle obtained will not be covered by our return policy. This ensures you have multiple opportunities to find the right car for you without any pressure.
During the 30-day period, you can drive your vehicle up to 400 miles. This mileage allowance is designed to give you ample opportunity to assess the vehicle’s performance and comfort. If you exceed the 400-mile limit, there will be a charge of $1.00 for each additional mile driven. We believe in transparency, so you won’t have any unexpected fees when returning your vehicle within the designated timeframe.
It’s important to remember that there are certain conditions under which a vehicle cannot be returned. For instance, if the vehicle has been involved in an accident, damaged, or modified from its original condition, it will not be eligible for return. Additionally, if you decide to keep the vehicle, we will initiate the registration process after the 30-day period, ensuring everything is taken care of without hassle.

In addition to our 30-Day Return Policy, every vehicle purchased from TopTier Car Sales includes a free limited warranty that covers you for 100 days or 4,189 miles, whichever comes first.
